Return and Refund Policy
At TarnishTide, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our products.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, in the case of a damaged product, customers may request a return or replacement subject to the conditions mentioned below.
To qualify for a damage claim:
- An unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition until the end, without any cuts, edits, or filters.
- Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will be rejected immediately.
Please note:
- Any damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or refund.
- If a return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition, along with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the original bank account or payment method used for the purchase.
